We'll explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

Notice to all customers:
I reserve the right to post on my site any of your photographs that I restore. If for some reason you do not want your photograph posted please let me know and I will not post it.
I also reserve the right to refuse to work on any photograph that I find distasteful. If it is a photograph you wouldn't show to your 7 year old child, don't send it to me.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

This section may include the cost of each form of delivery as we update our site.

Payment at this time will be by Check or Money Order made out to Tears to Smiles Photorestoration. See address below as to where to send. Thank you.

Returns

It is difficult to discuss returns in what I do for you, sense what I offer is more a service then a product. I will of course try the best that I can do to restore or colorize your photograph. Please notify me if your Photo print is damaged in some way during shipping, If damage occurs during shipping I will of course replace your Photo print. This offer is only good for 60 days after you receive your Photo print. I will of course correct any changes to colorize or color corrected photographs you are not satisfied with. I will make at least one correction with no extra charge. This covers the finished work that you receive by mail. You can receive any number of previews by way of email upon request. see sample. As to CDs burned for you, if you have any problem with your CD for any reason contact me and I will correct the problem and send you another CD with no extra charge. This offer is only good for 60 days after you receive your CD. You need to notify me with in 60 days of a problem because that is as long as I will keep your photograph on file in its complete high dpi because of space problems. We may also provide a list of credit cards that we accept on this page later.
